Jennifer is an experienced leader with over two decades of building and leading high performing corporate teams. She has demonstrated success leading both Canadian and International businesses as the General Manager. Jennifer’s leadership is defined by her passion for supporting people and teams to achieve their goals as well as the unique perspective that she brings as an Executive Coach. She partners with leaders and teams to help them unlock their full potential and accelerate results.
Having more than 20 years of executive-level leadership experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, Jennifer has gained deep understanding and insight into many key business areas first-hand. She has led the rebuild after a corporate spin-off, successfully managed cross border reporting relationships and led an organization through numerous acquisition integration efforts and business transformations. Jennifer has succeeded by learning how to bring out the best in others and harness the power of a dynamic and diverse team of leaders.
